Chest work out help?
i have been working out now for a few years and my upper chest is way behind the rest of my body and no matter what i do i cant get it to catch up.
can anyone help me with a good mass building routine for upper chest?

First things first, what does your dietary approach look like?

yep diet first
but w/ your workout start w/ DB incline or barebell incline and make sure when you do dips to pull your knees up infront .. somehow this puts some good pull on the chest

Yeah, just start with the incline in your workouts. It will catch up.

Incline flies help my upper chest look far more defined.
