Biking???
Ok, I have a exercise bike. And was wondering if there something equivlent I can do with that as to doing 45 min on a treadmill ED at 70% MHR. I suppose its different for a bike. So what would be like the time and MHR and all that stuff that you wanna hit right.

Cardio is cardio, just in different forms.

I ride my stationary bike every am for 25 minutes......good, fasted cardio, makes me hungry all day!
