Best leg excercise?
My female friend who usually only does cardio wants to start doing weights for her legs. I told her that squats, leg presses, and lunges are the best excercises to do, then I realized I have no idea what excercises are best for a girl just trying to tone up.
Any advice?

For a woman/girl, she can do lunges and the leg press. (ham curls for hams)
Squats are always good, yes, but for toning up I wouldn't say they are needed.

I'd say there's nothing a man can do that a girl can't in the gym. She should probably use the very same routines we do.
