2 Weeks Off????
anyone ever take 2 weeks off after hittin it for 15 weeks straight...????
I know you should take at least 1 week of after 8 but how about 2...? Or is that just to much....?

i been hittin it and dieting since December...dude my dody peaked out for a good 3-4 weeks i was supper hard and ripped for a good 2 weeks but then i collasped now im takeing a week off just doing some cardio and eating whatever..gotta do it you need the time off 2 weeks seems fine maybe after the first week off go in and do some circut training to keep the body up to par and to stay fresh

2 weeks is long but not to long. keep a good diet, and u should be good. if u were training hard it will prob be good to let muscle and tendons recooperate for a lil bit.

1 week most ever maybe 3-4 days of solid rest would suffice IMO

Easier said than done. Taking time off maybe a good idea, but I get a guilty feeling when I take a day off.

I know coaches who insist on two weeks off to bust through plateaus, overcome inertia, etc. but personally I go ape sh!t if I take more than a week off.
