Either or???
I am currently gonna start train for boxing 3 times a week, so that only leaves me with 3 days for weights, wondering which split is better in you opinions?
1. Tue- Push (chest,shoulders,tri's)
Thursday -Pull(back bi's
Sat- Legs
or this
2. Tue- Chest/legs
Thursday-BAck/Bi
Sat- Shoulders/tris??
