Bent over rows: Elbow clicking
My right elbow clicks when I do bent over bb rows. It clicks on the concentric portion of the lift (when contracting). It is rather painless but it is the same elbow that was giving problems a couple of months ago (Inflammated I think).
What do you guys think? Is it a pinched nerve in my elbow? Or is it the tendon?
I'm already supplementing with glucosamine.

Not as far as I kno bud. Everyone has these problems, if that was so then everyone would be screwed! If it hurts stop, if it doesn't then dont worry about it!

I get this problem big time on cable rows and barbell rows... Not much you can do about it though...
