db press
On flat or incline press, should one
A; keep elbows out and bring the weight below the chest
B; keep elbows against the ribs and lower the weight below the chest
I am very long jointed so I am looking for the best way to hit the chest the most direct way I can. My arms seem to fail long before my chest does, so this is why I think my chest developement is lacking

The reason why I post this is. I never ever feel the weight in my pec. I feel it in my shooulders and my tris and forearms. My chest get sore but I never feel it in the work out. I would love to figure out how to get that bicep splitting pump feeling in my chest

Well, try to apply the principles I pointed you to, and then tell me if you don't feel it.
Also, depending on the number of years you've been working out, you might just not know what it feels like when you're chest is being worked.

I have been working out pretty steady and have made great gains since 99'. I just feel like I am missing something because my chest is my weakest looking part of my body. I started out lifting weighing about 170 and I am 240 now and have a barrel chest so it measure bugger than it is.. Thanks for the imput
