Do electric Ab's traininers really work ?
Allright guys, just had a wild idea, found my sisters electric ab trainer in her room today...do they really work and would it be worth me using it or are they a load of hyped up rubbish ?
I may give it ago anyway but has anyone ever used one for long enought to see any results ?

they sucks dude. all this hype products from TV is bullshit. i've tried an "ab-tronick" once...and it's just a piece of ..... i think i'd use products like this one (based on electro shocks) only if i was very sick in bed...or sumethin like that.
