Cuttin' up
Right know i drink/eat a lot of protein and trying to bulk up right now, low reps high weight (6-8) and noticing good gains but still have some fat on the stomach.. any idea for a good deit, routine to go on while cutting up, im trying to cut up my whle upper body after the summer. Got plenty more heavy weights to lift :) but just want some imput.

I would suggest you finish your bulking and then read the cutting stickie in the DIET section, also do a search on cutting diets and you will get alot out of it.
