Thread: Cuttin' up

Right know i drink/eat a lot of protein and trying to bulk up right now, low reps high weight (6-8) and noticing good gains but still have some fat on the stomach.. any idea for a good deit, routine to go on while cutting up, im trying to cut up my whle upper body after the summer. Got plenty more heavy weights to lift but just want some imput.

I would suggest you finish your bulking and then read the cutting stickie in the DIET section, also do a search on cutting diets and you will get alot out of it.
