    Just wanted to tell ya all...

    i did about 8 weeks of SC's leg protocol training got about an inch of growth very nice
    then 2 days ago i started my first Heavy workout w/ 8-12reps for legs... and it was such a shock to the sys, that when i flex my legs at all today(2 dats kater) it shakes and hurts ... NEAT!


    dats kater = days later lol

    Word! I'm doing the same routine now... the shocker comes next week.
