    cardio question....AGAIN

    hey bros

someone told me to drop body fat a good idea for retaining muscle is to do 20 minutes of cardio post workout.

i have also been told to drop bf to do 45-60min of cardio in the AM on an empty stomach, i prefer the morning seeing as it burns more cals.

what do you think? and i go at ta high intensity.
im gonna stick with the 45 minutes in the morning for a while, maybe change it up every 2 weeks or so

cardio after lifting can easily burn muscle FAST

high intensity can burn muscle readily as well

go w/ empty stomache morning cardio for 45+min @ 65-70%MHR

definitely dont do cardio post workout, but the second part is a good idea ive been doing cardio every morning for 45 minutes and its really starting to show. you dont have to do high intensity i think medium intensity is supposed to be better for burning calories and high is better for cardio vascular

Mixing anaerobic activity with aerobic activity negates the true purpose of both activities, and sacrifices results of each.

as long as you're in a caloric deficit but still consuming the correct amount of marcos, i really dont see a point in cardio, unless you ahve to do a show or shoot...
