Arms Wont F-ing Grow Please Help!

No matter what i do my arms wont grow... ive tried everything 2 cycles havent even really helped.... what do i do

i never said thats all ive done i said thats what im doin and from what ive read when lacking go back to the basic compound movements

SQUAT and DEADLIFT if you want your arms to grow.

You're trying to get one specific part to grow, but what you need to do is send the message to your body for your ENTIRE body to grow. If you don't, your arms won't give a sh*t about getting bigger.
