    Bent over rows: Elbow clicking

My right elbow clicks when I do bent over bb rows. It clicks on the concentric portion of the lift (when contracting). It is rather painless but it is the same elbow that was giving problems a couple of months ago (Inflammated I think).

What do you guys think? Is it a pinched nerve in my elbow? Or is it the tendon?

    I'm already supplementing with glucosamine.

Usually its an exo sceleton, a little bone moving or getting caught.. If it was the Ulna nerve, you would know!!.. I think everyone has at least a joint or two that crack like that.. my ankles have gotten worse lately

Thanks for the reply NMS. Can bad things happen with that little bone getting caught? I mean, I don't wanna grind that bone to powder you know!
