Quick Question
With regard to the “2 second positive, 3 second negative” concept, does the 2 second imply to the upward movement in lets say for argument sake, concentration curls and then 3 seconds down?

ehh not really, sometimes thats good. just because you want to bring it up in 2, not as fast as possible.

Only blast up the positive if you are going for power. A lot of power trainers and football players do this for quick burst of high energy and power.
