    Need to add BB exercises

My current workout is Westside style and I'm trying to improve my core lifts but, I want to mix it up and throw in some BB exercises to keep my shoulders, chest, calves, and biceps from lagging (size). Here is my routine please give me some suggestions for what I should throw in, how many reps and where. Thanks.

    Day 1
    Deadlift 10x1-3
    Stiff Leg Deadlift 2x8-10
    Rows 3x6-10
    Abs
    15-20min cardio

    Day2
    Bench 10x1-3
    Tri's 2x8-10
    Pushdowns 2x8-10
    Delt work side/front raises 2x8-10
    Bi's 2x8-10
    15-20min cardio

    Day3
    Squat 10x1-3
    Good Mornings 2x8-10
    Side Bends 2x8-10
    15-20min cardio

I was thinking 4x20 calve raises on day1
    4x8-10 fly's on day2
6x8-10 some bi movement moved from day 2 to 3

Well different things work for dif. people. But mostly if you want growth you just have to make sure after a hard workout ur muscles are able to rest and grow. Tryin training one muscle per day only. Example...work back on day #1. maybe deadlifts, rows, lat pull-downs and possibly another excercise depending on ur reps and sets.
the next day do perhaps tris....this way you can also have a split so u dont have to workout tri's one day and chest the next as ur tri's need to help ur chest. Same with your back and bi's etc.

Try that for a few weeks and see what happens.

Thanks C. What I'm really looking for is what would be my first choice or most effective assistance exercises for mass for the bodyparts I listed above. I would like to keep the powerlifting style training for Squats, Deads and Bench while using some bodybuilding movement to add size to the other bodyparts. Maybe what I'm asking does not make sense?
