It's a
High
Intensity
Training Program.
You do minimal sets and reps, with maximal intensity. Only work out a couple times a week. It was brought upon us by the Mentzer brothers, and Dorian used something quite similar.

HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. I've said this before...I'm not a huge Muscle Media fan but Shawn Phillips gives a pretty good idea of how it works. Keep in mind, there are variations.
