I have been doing cardio 45 mins at 65-75% for about 5weeks and making some decent gains on loosing my belly. I just started doing an hr ed to try and pick up the pace a little bit. My question is will this negatively impact muscle retention or will it truly add a little more zip to the fat loss?

If you are doing well w/45, I'd leave it there and make dietary adjustments.

I agree, muscle is to precious to waste
