    Back after 3 MONTH out

I just had 3 month off the gym due to a lot of personal problems and am just about to go buy my monthly gym pass.

Is it a good idea to go straight into my old split of :

    day 1 : chest / tri
    day 2 : back / biceps
    day 3 :legs / shoulders / abs

or should i do it as if i were just at a beginner level ?

Im not going to touch the roids as I believe i can reach the same potential naturaly. I also have my diet sorted

thow legs in day 2 and move back to day 3 to give upper body more rest.

id also add shoulders to chest workout & do a push, legs, pull type thing (or DoggCrapp type workout)

    goodluck bro!

Start back at the same level...you're not a beginner.

AND you were only out for 3 months

    Welcome back Bro

    That's more mental than physical...

Get back in the saddle... mentally and physically

Try doin your usual chest routine...and then one exercise for biceps and one for triceps...that's all you really need anyway...keep the intensity high and you're good to go
