I'm a beginner in pumping weights i've just started do take steroids last monday.And i'm just gona start with 5 weeks on steroids and i want do get full results out of it.I want to pump weights 6 times a week like i've been doing is that right?and what exercise should i do each day?and how many sets? i got a bench with also exerciser for the feets at my place and dumbells can i use that for all my exercises?i'm 184cm 77kg and i'm studying martial arts
