ahhh man....just tore my arm a week before my cycle ends...help :(
Hey guys, long story short, maxing out on bench press yesterday I tore some shit in my left arm..I can move it side to side but I cant raise it. I went to the hospital and im getting an MRI on monday and hopefully starting physical therapy. Any advice...Its a week before i finish my cycle, I dont want to lose all my gains, any supplements I can take that speed up the recovery process or nethign I can do to keep my muscle...Thanks!

Keep you diet and eating up to par and you wont lose any muscle. The best supp to take for your torn arm is not working out.
