    Overtraining?

I used to train about 20-23 sets per body part (way too much).

Now a typical day looks like this (shoulders & triceps):

    warmup 1 set
    shoulder press 3 sets
reverse fly's supersetted with front plate raises 3 sets
upright rows supersetted with side raises 3 sets

    Triceps
    skullcrushers 3 sets
straight bar push down 3 sets
    seated dips 3 sets
    rope pull downs 3 sets

I am not getting good growth anymore, while my diet continues to get cleaner with more cals and protein. Possibly overtraining?

I try to keep my workouts to about an hour and a half, and go to 1 rep past failure with a spotter on most exercises.

Maybe it's just your intensity that lacks.. try forced reps and drop sets to FAILURE..
It's not the quantity that counts.. it's the quality

    Lightbulb yup

Yes to quality.. perhaps if you put more into your technique it will intensify the muscles you are not working as hard now.

if you're an ectomorph(judging by your profile) your best bet is to train according to your bodytype, i started doing this and have had good gains, ectomorphs should train with no more than 10 sets for bigger bodyparts and 6-8 for smaller!
