The Bull?
How credible is a muslce mag called The Bull. I'm talking about *************.com.
So, any way, wondering if any one read the chest work out in there. It's actually supposed to be HST article, but it shows chest as an example.
For me it would go like this:
Week 1: 130, 140, 150Week:2 160, 170, 180 (15RM)Week 3: 170, 180, 190Week 4: 195, 205, 215 (10RM)Week 5: 200, 210, 220Week 6: 225, 235, 245 (5RM)Weeks 7-8: Option 1 5@245 Option 2 Eccentric only 2RM requires a willing spotterShould I do this for all angles of the chest? With my rotator cuff on the mend, that would be a wussy first week of:
45, 55, 65
