    Best advise

Hi there. What is the best advice to give to a 19yr old with regards to conditioning? The gentleman is 1.89m and weights a mere 75 kg. He wants to bulk up a bit with some definition obviously. I would like to advise him on the above. It will be a non steroidal effort. What supplementation must he use?

    Thank you.

Well at his age he'll bulk up pretty good with just a good diet and heavy lifting. No need for supps besides nutrition ones.

eat, protein, creatine if he wants, and that should be a good start, shouldnt really even need the creatine tho, once a plateau hits him then i would throw that in the mix
