I like doing a pressdown movement, decline skulls, and close grip on smith machine. Good pumps and some good compound movements.

well i usually start with 2 sets of cable press downs. as a warm-up
then i usually do 5-7 sets of dips
followed by 3-4 sets of skull crushers
then usually 2-3 sets of kickbacks
then 2-3 sets of each single arm reverse pressdowns
then 1-2 sets or caple press downs again.
thats what i usually do, i switch it up alittle every couple of workouts, i was really curious if SWOLECAT had another awesome workout under his sleeves that he maybe didnt mind telling, like his awesome leg workout. my god was that good!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend using all of them in one routine,
Skullkrusher..
Seated extensions.. (for pre stretch)
Closes grip bench..(over all mass)
Dips..
Pushdown.. (works the tris through its full rang of motion hitting all there heads)

Definatly they work since im seeing growth again, with just a ton of food for fuel, Skull crushers help alot though in the same workout.
