    few questions

    first off i wanted to know the best way to lose belly fat. currently on test e and eq 500mg's a week. the rest of my body is getting leaner but my belly just aint havoing it . any suggestions??

    taking in 3-3500 cals daily high carb intake,250-300 g's of protein daily. 6'1 194lbs first cycle (test e, eq) in the gym 5 days a week.no cardio though. 13.5% bf????yet im not to sure about the bf cause the device seemed a lil off.

    dont know the exact numbers. but just wondering how to fight the belly fat

    cardio first thing in the morn on an empty stomach at 65-75% of your heart rate for 45-60 minutes and you'll be shredding the fat
