Running
Is it possible to run too much my running scheduale is 4x a week i run a mile then walk a mile then run a mile then walk i do this routine 4x a week but want to increase my running im currently on
wk 1-14: test prop 100mg ed (Farmak, Ukraine)
wk 1-6: homebrew fina 75mg eod
wk 1-10 EQ 400mg wk (british dragon)
wk 3-6 HCG 500ius 2 days in a row (IBSA, Suisse)
wk 3-7 IGF-1 L3 40mcg ed(might kick it up to 60- OMEGA)
wk 14-17 clomid 300/100/50 (The Arab Drug Company)
wk 15-19 IGF-1 L3 (OMEGA)
Is running still as catabolic when your on AAS

Are you bulking / cutting or trying to add lean mass?
