    lower chest problems

    no matter what i do i cant seem to get the cut and the ncie definition on my lower chest..ive tried decline press, decline dumbells and now i tried using the decline press machine..after everything ive been trying to awhile i cant seem to get what i want..anyone have any tips on developing the lower chest?

    Diet is what gives that crisp/clean pec line. (Ultra low bodyfat)

    yea but besides diet what are some good workouts for it?

    well besides a clean diet and cardio...i use the declince hamer strentgh...with just about 100-150 pounds and do high reps it has worked for me in the past

    what makes the lower part of the chest wider, like by the nips, if there is an excersise that does this.

    i beleive this to be moslty genetic, where the pec muscle connects to the connective tissue, but dips will probably help. im not a big fan of decline bench
