    Massive Chest

    Chest problems yet again.

    IM trying to build a massive chest on me without over training. I think i may have overtrained it before.

    HOw many excercises would you suggest and the main question is.

    WHAT REP RANGE FOR CHEST??? AHHH

    8? 10? 6? pyramid??

    Chest is like any other muscle it can be overtrained (lest is more) that old saying, personally I like to do 2-3 sets on flat, incline, and decline, that’s it, I feel this stimulates my chest adequately for growth, but you may need more, again that old saying (every ones different),as for rep range I like to use all ranges form high to low 15- 6, is the rang I use, this way I get the benefit of high and low (fast and slow twich) muscle fiber stimulation,,JMO

    When you go down through your rep range, how do vary your weight? I assume you add weight as you lower your reps.
