Working It Out
I have a question?
Is doing a good workout session in the morning on a empty stomach as effective as doing a good cardio session?
Or also doing a half hour cardio with a heart rate of 125 following a 45 min. lifting time a good for fat burning?
Thanks in advance

And as was earlier stated, lifting on an empty stomach is a bad idea.
Finally, lifting and cardio should not be performed in the same session. See the first statement regarding different goals.
