    Working It Out

    I have a question?
Is doing a good workout session in the morning on a empty stomach as effective as doing a good cardio session?
Or also doing a half hour cardio with a heart rate of 125 following a 45 min. lifting time a good for fat burning?
    Thanks in advance

Never do anaerobic exercise on empty stomach, but if you want to loos muscle and size go for it

Hey Jake, you're a noob yourself. Why don't you let some people answer if they want to. Go sit in the corner and be quiet.

Cardio and lifting have two completely different goals, so no, it won't be as effective.

And as was earlier stated, lifting on an empty stomach is a bad idea.

Finally, lifting and cardio should not be performed in the same session. See the first statement regarding different goals.

    Bunk that there champ.....

If a person's questions are answered no more than 4-5 posts belowe theirs.....I am going to say something.

But hey, if it makes you feel big bro.....go for it.

Just because your post count is higher here doesn't mean much.
