    I have been reading alot about HIT training lately and was thinking of giving it a shot. HAs anyone tried it? results???

    I think it's great during a bulking phase. Check out this thread 1 set vs. multiple set It's about 1 set vs. multiple. I posted my old routine, it's on the first page.

    i love it, much easier to focus on one extremely intense set than multiple sets, also lowers the risk of overtraining, and you are able to increase the frequency a bit to allow for more growth phases.
