I have been reading alot about HIT training lately and was thinking of giving it a shot. HAs anyone tried it? results???

I prefer volume myself, but everyone is different.

i love it, much easier to focus on one extremely intense set than multiple sets, also lowers the risk of overtraining, and you are able to increase the frequency a bit to allow for more growth phases.
