Hye guys, wondering how i can really put more stress on the lower pec, the nipple area, without weights? Right now Im doing normal pushups, incline and decline, know anything elseI can do? Perhaps swimming?

filling out your chest in general will increase lower chest from rest of body.
I agree.. dips hit the extreme lowest area on your pecs

i feel dips work much better than decline bench!
I tend to agree, but I get the maximum effect when I tilt forward on the dips. When I do that I feel mor pressure in my chest, but unfortunately less in my triceps. Alternatively when I go straight up and down, I think I get more tri's and less lower chest.Quote:
