from what i understand flyes are more for shaping than for adding mass

i would do one workout with incline bench
and another dumbell press
and always have dumbell flyes in there
dumbell press and incline bench are similar what i mean by that is their both heavy type of excersises so alternate between the 2

nothing beats a incline bench press for adding mass in the upper pectorals but I also love incline dumbell flys (give yourself a good stretch at the bottom and squeeze your pecs together at the top.. imagine hugging a tree and don't pause for to long at the top) it's a great excersise to get you out of a plateau
