    incline db flyes vs incline db press'

    what is better in ur guys opinion. i need to make my upper chest thicker.
    right now my chest routine is.
    3 sets incline bench
    3 sets incline db press
    3 sets decline bench
    3 sets decline flyes
    3 sets dips

    they work to different parts of your chest...

    from what i understand flyes are more for shaping than for adding mass

    i would do one workout with incline bench
    and another dumbell press
    and always have dumbell flyes in there
    dumbell press and incline bench are similar what i mean by that is their both heavy type of excersises so alternate between the 2

    and incline press will build our upper chest better try something like
    Incline dumbell press
    Incline Flys
    Flat Barbell press
    Flat flys

    nothing beats a incline bench press for adding mass in the upper pectorals but I also love incline dumbell flys (give yourself a good stretch at the bottom and squeeze your pecs together at the top.. imagine hugging a tree and don't pause for to long at the top) it's a great excersise to get you out of a plateau
