Chest Lifting Question
What is the best way to work out the lower center of each pec? And your lower pecs, besides some good old decline?

If you use weighted dips, make sure that you lean your trunk forward slightly to involve the pecs to a greater degree. You can let your elbows travel out away from the body as well. A more upright position, with the elbows tucked in, would stress the triceps more heavily.
I have read that pullovers work the sternal fibers of the chest well.

With a weight belt (It's like a chain with a leather part and you can attach plates to it)

also low cable cross overs work well for the cut, I almost use them extensivly. i learned in kinesiology (sp) that cabel crosses actually work the chest harder than presses, sounds funny but that is science for you.
