Squat, Bench, Row, Military, Deadlift.
I think that's the five most talk about.
The big 5 is the only way to go. Builds your body like a tank. Give you a "core" that you cant get i think any other way.
does anyone know the website address of the BB site which shows different exercises with a 3d model thing ? what are military presses ?
They are overhead presses. Simliar to bench press, expect you are sitting up and pushing overhead.Quote:
