shoulder, arm and hand pain.
Due to a 5hit personal trainer, i over worked my body last year and have trapped a nerve somewhere around my neck, back or shoulders.
the Pain is in the top of my right shoulder going all the way around my shoulder blade and underneath my collar bone. Tightness, dull pain and sometimes sharp pain in my arm pitt all the way down my left arm to my wrist and pinkie finger. When I move my shoulder all I feel is clicks and hear squelches. my tenden pings like a guitar strings and sends a shock type feeling through my arm.
I went to my doctor and she said that she would arrange for me to go to a physiotherapist but she said there was a long waiting list and this was not a priority case (i could see she didn't want to send me to there).
This was 6 months ago!!!! and i haven't heard a thing, so i guess its up to me to sort it out.
Anyone else out there had any similar injury and how did you sort it?

You need to insist on an MRI -it's the only way to look inside and find out wtf is the matter - chronic pain is not good. If your doctor is not agressive (6 months????) get a referral to a specialist.
