    H.I.T. Anyone Vow by it?

    I am starting mike muntzer's famous H.I.T. w0rkout. Does anyone do this, or ever tryed with results? I just started yesterday!

    I find that I personally need more volume.

    That's just me though, I've been training hard for 8 years, so I need more work to keep developing more and more.
