    2 cardio sessions in day??

    can i make two cardio sessions in a day i don't lift weights?? like one in the morning (empty stomach) and then another session in the afternoon? without loosing any muscle??

    unless you are way overweight or trying to do some comps or something...I don't see the need...?

    yeah it was by accident.... sorry im new here and my english is not too good .. trying to get used to the forum rules etc.... also i did a search already and found what i need! thanks everyone...
