    fat burn

Is it advisable to do a week only of cardio to burn fat following the next week with cardio and weights in the morning time?
Or will come to a lot of muscle loss?

It is advisable to do cardio in the morning to reduce bodyfat and then perform resistance training in the afternoon/evening/night to increase or maintain muscle tissue. Is that what you were asking??

    In a way yes,
I got the info that its advisable to separate the two. The only problem is that I can only work out in the morning thats it!!
But my question was if I could do for instance one week cardio only. In adition to this keep taking glutamine in order not to losse muscle.

The following week I could work out followed by a litle cardio.

Hope I am getting my question across
