I'm sure it's probably not that great to do but, I went running today at lunch after lifting legs this morning. Oh shi* was it hard! Felt like someone hit me in the cavles with a baseball bat, caught glutes on fire and tied bricks too my feet. Does anyone know if it fu*ks up your recovery if you run on the same day as lifting legs?

Seated Calve
15x185 for 3 sets
Squats
405x8,315x15,315x15,315x6
Leg Press
450x10,540x10,630x6
Leg Curls
140x10,140x10,140x6
Leg extensions
1 set whatever weight till failure

12:00 pm
Ran a little over 2 miles in downtown city area up and down some serious hills.
