    bent rows
i would say it means bent over barbell rows
side laterals is when u stand upright and u lift the dumbells outwards like ur pouring out of a tea pot.
bent laterals u can sit at an end of bench if u like and raise the dumbells while ur bent down which works the back of ur shoulders

Bent over rows- overhand grip on BB body bent over knees not locked and lift weight to upper abs.
Side Laterals - DB down by sides bent over slightly knees not locked and lift weight up in side motion till arms are parallel with floor

    whats up matt
Ok side laterals are primarily for shoulder growth, hitting all 3 heads (anterior) head (lateral) head and (posterior) head…. These are good for rounding the shoulders.

Bent laterals, are the same as side laterals except you now put the emphasis on the posterior head of the delts,

bent over rows,, is as it sounds,,, bend from the hips keeping the back straight with spine in line,, pull bar to lower mid section and squeeze the lats.. don’t just go by this ask someone at your gym to help you out
hope thats helped to some point...

bent rows is using barbell bent over back in straight line and pulling bar to the nipple line..

side lateral raise is arms extended straight out at side with dumbells.

bent over i like to do seated so you cheat less.. sit on bench and basically bend over to make chest almost touch knees and do the raises from behind your calves..

no offence man, but your going to run a juice cycle test/dbol /deca and you don't even know what these movements are?

Do what you want man but, you do realize that your natural gains would probably be better and stick around alot longer than any juice cycle don't ya?

I think you may wanna rethink this little plan you got goin
