need help with changing routine!
Hey everybody...
For several months, my workout routine has looked like this:
Monday: Chest day
Tuesday: Back day
Wednesday: Legs day
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Arms
My stats:
31 years old
202 pounds
10% BF
and my experience is advanced.
I would work abs and cardio in on Mondays and Thursdays.
I have been doing this routine for a while and really need to change up bad... any ideas as to how I can scramble up my routine? Oh, by the way, I am in the middle of a cycle too... :evil2:
