need help with changing routine!
For several months, my workout routine has looked like this:
Monday: Chest day
Tuesday: Back day
Wednesday: Legs day
31 years old
and my experience is advanced.
I would work abs and cardio in on Mondays and Thursdays.
I have been doing this routine for a while and really need to change up bad... any ideas as to how I can scramble up my routine? Oh, by the way, I am in the middle of a cycle too...

Well, I have been doing it for a long time now and seem t ohave hit a bit of a platuau. Kind of bothers me concidering I am on week 9 of a test e cycle at 750 mg/week. I had always heard it was good to shake up your routine every few months or so, what do you think?

yeah i heard its also good 2 change up ur routine aswell every few months...did u make solid gains off ur previous routine?

You change your rountine by changes in intensity and volume. just by changeing the days of the week is not going to change much if you keep the same rep,sets,weight, etc. Post your workout.

i used to do this routine
but like 4u2nv said, change up the other stuff too. do u do more free weights or machines?

legs twice a week
abs 3 times a week.
also try different exercises and movements you have never done or not done in a long time.
