Please critique
I am looking to lose body fat %,
yes i will be doing my cardio first then i will lift weights!
Monday - (4 excercises) chest + 30 minutes of power walking
(4 Chest excercises)
Tuesday - legs + abbs
4 leg excercises
Wednesday - biceps + triceps + 30 minutes of power walking
4 Biceps + 4 Triceps
Thursday - back + shoulder + 30 minutes of power walking
3 Back + 3 Shoulder Excercises
Friday - chest + 30 minutes power walking
4 Chest Excercises
(3 sets [12,10,8] on each excercise)
Saturday - Rest

im sure u will lose bf with that cause of all the cardio
why u have 4 excercises for biceps but 3 for triceps??
even them up make it that u get same amount of sets for each of those 2

how many sets do u do for each excersice. u should put traps in there somewere. and also do chest only once a week

I would change the split to something like
Chest / Tri's
Legs
Back / Bi's
off
Shoulder's / Traps
off
off
Do cardio on the off days. The best way to burn fat is to build muscle.

how does this look? similar to the one co2boi but just edited.

Sunday - Rest

do not do cardio with weight training keep the two 6-8 hours apart
