when do you do cardio, before or after?
i know i should search the archives but
should you do cardio before or after workouts?
i hate trying to get info from glossy magazines full of false adverts and contradiction.

after...,doing before depletes glycogen stores so training will suffer. try it and see for yourself. its true. good luck with the training.

I agree with PapaPump, afterwards.
However if you can go to the gym twice a day, morning before breakfast is optimal for weight loss if doing cardio, Then do you rlifting in the evening.

tommorrow thats what im doing, i have been doing them before workouts.
like crunches, twists, leg raises etc i'll do after
