Question about chest workout??
I have been working out 5 days a week for prob. like 8 months or so. before that it was month to month. anyways my chest is shaping up ok but they kind of stick out and resemble boob's. Here is my current chest workout:
incline DB: 3x6
incline flyes:3x6
straight bench:3x6
cable flyes:3x8
I want my chest to i guess spread out a bit so it looks more flat than right now it sticks out a bit any ideas? there is some fat on top of it but not alot, I currently run about 2-3 miles a day for cardio.
