Question about chest workout??
I have been working out 5 days a week for prob. like 8 months or so. before that it was month to month. anyways my chest is shaping up ok but they kind of stick out and resemble boob's. Here is my current chest workout:
incline DB: 3x6
I want my chest to i guess spread out a bit so it looks more flat than right now it sticks out a bit any ideas? there is some fat on top of it but not alot, I currently run about 2-3 miles a day for cardio.

Do flat flies instead of incline. Also, up your reps..poss something like 10,8,6, insetad of 6,6,6.

i would suggest to improve ur reps
6 reps not enough to get the shape and so on
u should be doing incline bench more often than just dumbell presses
i suggest reps should be 12,10,8,6 that makes 4 sets i recommend that....
