    rear delts

    hey guys, quick question, what exercises do you do to hit your rear delts?.. ive got the front and sides covered with dumbell raises to the front and side,respetively, but I need something good to hit my rears. thanks

    try laying on an inclined bench with ur face towards the bench and do flyes with kinda light dumbells side ways

    reverse pec deck or bent over cable flyes

    very good workout! also try bent over rows, make sure you squeeze the delts so i doesnt become a back exercise.

    Posture rehab gave me some nice rear delts that i never add before.

    I gotta do low pulley rows nothing to heavy that will allow me to really strech the back and contract the homoplath togheter, and the bent lateral raize, i have been doing thoses almost each day for the past month and the rear delts are coming out nicely.
