i had asked this same question a couple of months ago cause i got a bad hip and cant really do the treadmill...as long as you can get your heart rate constantly in the your target rate...i believ ethe formula is in teh cutting sticky.....it doesnt matter if your scratching yourself to keep it there obviously that is sum fast intense scratching and prolly would involve som sort of other movement but you get the point....i use the elliptical ...also do 45-60 min of cardio cause you dont start burnign fat until after your first 20 min in ur target heart rate..assuming your doin cardio to burn fat
